What We Will Do Together

Step 1:
If you’ve received the wrong, expired, or damaged product(s), please raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Submit your request along with your order and contact details.

  • You may also raise a request through our support channel.

⚠️ Note: For damaged or missing products, please raise a return/replacement request within 2 days of delivery.

Step 2:
Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.

Step 3:
After review, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the product(s) from your location.

Step 4:
Once we receive your product(s), we will verify them and initiate the replacement or refund based on stock availability.

Conditions for Return or Replacement

We accept returns/replacements under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired product delivered

  • Damaged product delivered (physical damage, tampered product, or packaging)

  • Incomplete order (missing products)

Conditions Where Returns/Replacements Will Not Be Accepted

  • Products that are opened, used, or altered

  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)

  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

  • Damaged or missing product reported after 2 days of delivery

How Are Returns Processed?

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 5–7 business days.

  • The item will be sent to our warehouse for a quality check.

  • Upon approval, we will initiate your refund or replacement.

  • In case of a replacement, the product will be delivered within 7–8 business days.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order at any time before dispatch.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Customers must provide bank account details for the refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Canceled orders: Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Returns: Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes the quality check.

Partial Order Returns

Yes, you can return eligible products from your order within 7 days of delivery.
